Flow Sciences, Inc has achieved another industry first by successfully incorporating a HEPA filtration system above out VBSE™. The 10000 Series Balance Enclosures are designed with the filtration system placed directly above the workstation to provide maximum containment with minimal space and energy requirements. The specially engineered motor provides quiet, smooth operation without transmitting vibration to the work surface. An internal plenum allows for gentle, horizontal airflow. The turbulence-free airflow provides a stable work environment that prevents balance fluctuations. The system still maintains clear acrylic on three sides for excellent visibility. No interior lighting required. All systems come standard with a black, chemically resistant phenolic resin base with dished bottom for easy powder detection and spill containment. The 30" deep base is designed specifically to accommodate larger balances. All systems come equipped with a face velocity alarm to continuously monitor airflow. Multiple filtering options are available including HEPA with 99.99% efficiency.
