Flow Sciences Judges Lincoln Elementary Science Fair

January 26, 2010 - Leland, NC:  Flow Sciences is volunteering at Lincoln Elementary School today to judge the school's Science Fair.  Steve Janz (VP of Marketing and Business Development), Chris Mento (Technical Development Engineer), and Rich Albers (Northeast Regional Sales Manager) spent the morning looking over the final 3rd grade science project contestants and discussing the project criteria with the prospective students.  "These young minds showed a great understanding of science and technology which was quite impressive to all of us at Flow Sciences." (Quote from Rich Albers after returning from Lincoln Elementary Science Fair)

Dear Friends at Flow Sciences:

I wanted to once again express our appreciation for your participation in our Science Fair.  All of the students involved raved about how "nice" and "smart" our judges were.  Thank you for taking time out of your busy work day to help us.  I neglected to take a picture of you all, so I may be stopping by to snap a quick picture for our school newspaper and yearbook.     -Catherine Mintz, Lincoln Elementary School

Steve Janz (Vice President of Marketing and Business Development) and Bryan Prince (Technical Marketing Manager) are giving direction to the MBA team along the way to ensure the project has real application.  "Working on real projects facing real businesses distinguishes UNCW's MBA program from those of other institutions," said Vince Howe, associate professor of marketing and director of the MBA program
