Fan/Filter Housings

The FS4000 Series of Filters and Fan/Filter Housings are used in conjunction with Flow Sciences’ Vented Balance Safety Enclosures. The Filter Housings feature:

• All stainless steel construction with white powder coated finish
• An enlarged 6 inch (15.24 cm) inlet to reduce pressure drop
• Dual filtration options available to accomodate carbon filter or secondary HEPA filter
• Square discharge for improved fan efficiency and noise reduction
• A 5.875 inch (14.9 cm) thimble for connection to house exhaust.

4010  - Single fan filter housing

The FS4010 is a single filtration unit separate from the enclosure. Vibration is limited and filter change out is SAFE and EASY! Each FS4010 accommodates a single filter and can be equipped with a minihelic pressure gauge to measure pressure drop across the filter which indicates filter load.

4020 - Bag in/bag out  fan filter housing

The FS4020 is a single filtration unit separate from the enclosure that incorporates a bag in / bag out HEPA filter. Patented design eliminates the risk of exposure when replacing the filter.
