Description

Flow Sciences' Vented Containment Workstation provides a safe contained working environment for a variety of standard bench-focused lab procedures. The increased angle at the front of the Workstation allows close-up work without sacrificing safety or comfort. Each workstation offers multiple user options and tremendous laboratory flexibility. The workstation can be utilized as a tissue-trimming site. As the laboratory mission changes, it can easily be moved to another location and operate as a pipetting center. Units can also be customized with sink insert.

Flow Sciences offers a variety of filter options to meet specific containment needs. Systems are available with HEPA, Organic or Aldehyde filtration. Filters can be combined using a Dual Fan/Filter Housing.

The Flow Sciences' Vented Workstations meet and exceed the ASHRAE 110 standard for containment.

• Enclosure constructed of 3/8" acrylic
• Chemically resistant phenolic resin base
  • Dished to contain spills
  • Base available in white or black
• Air plenums mounted on rear of hood
• Filter air using the FSI Fan Filter Housing and then connect to house exhaust via a thimble connection
• Filter air using the FSI Fan Filter Housing and then recirculate back into the lab
  • Enclosure can connect directly to house exhaust
• Multiple filtering options available including Bagout HEPA with 99.99% efficiency and a variety of Carbon filters in single or dual filtration configurations
• Angled front of enclosure allows safe up-close work
• Maximum personnel protection maintained without sacrificing worker comfort
