Some of Flow Sciences' customers have expressed an interest in having a direct HEPA filter load meter. In response to these requests, Flow Sciences now offers the FS1002 Minihelic Pressure Gauge. This gauge displays a constant readout of the pressure drop across your HEPA filter.The Minihelic Pressure Gauge can be used in combination with all Flow Sciences Fan/Filter Housings and HEPA filters. The FS1002 can be ordered already installed at no additional charge or ordered as a retrofit to existing systems in the field. How it works: When the pressure drop across the loaded filter has doubled from the pressure drop across the clean filter, it is time to replace the filter.It is highly recommended that the Minihelic Pressure Gauge be used in conjunction with the FS1645 Face Velocity Alarm. While the FS1002 does provide data on the HEPA filter's load, it does not analyze the enclosure's actual face velocity.
